Ski Mart Stores Update – Please Return Your Season Rentals Based On Your Last Name.  

For the safety of our customers and staff, we are only accepting season rental returns curbside based on your last name.

Thank you for holding on to your gear  until the week of your last name so we can receive this equipment in a safe and orderly process. If you are unable to come during your designated week, we will be accepting all returns June 2 – 13th.

STORE HOURS: Tuesdays through Saturdays

11:00am – 6:00pm

We truly appreciate our loyal season rental guest and look forward to seeing you in our stores again very soon.

CURBSIDE FAQs

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS: Did you buy something during our Progressive Sale or during the season? Please email your details or give us a call during our Curbside hours. Online purchases made during this time will have a 30-day return window from the date our stores reopen.

PROGRESSIVE SALE: Yes, the Progressive Sale is online. At this time, we are unsure of how the sale will continue when the stores re-open. It will depend on factors such as when we re-open and what our inventory looks like.

SHIPPING: Yes! Like many other online stores, we are fulfilling orders but are severely delayed due to having minimal staff and limited access to some stores with inventory. At this time, most orders are being shipped out within one week.

DO WE HAVE SOMETHING OF YOURS? If you have gear in our tune shop please email info@sturtevants.com or call and we can see if it’s ready for pickup. If it’s not ready yet, we have people working and we will let you know when it will be ready.
